206. ROTATIONS One of the few disadvantages of repeated pressing movements is stress on the small rotator muscles located at the
Shoulder on the scapula. Most people start doing .rations only after they've incurred a rotator cuff problem. Try to strengthen the rotators from day one, and be sure to warm them up before doing any chest or shoulder pressing movements. Grab a light dumbell or weight plate. Hold your upper arm tight to the body and, with your elbows at a 90-degree angle, slowly rotate your lower arms in toward each other and out from the body.
