64. VISUALIZATION
The great Arnold Schwarzenegger used to imagine his biceps were mountains when he trained them. Numerous studies have shown that those people who visualize where they want to be down the road get there more quickly than those who don't visualize. Set small strength and size goals and then visualize obtaining these goals.
