62. MISSING WORKOUTS
No matter how dedicated you are to your training, sooner or later youll miss the occasional workout. As long as you are fairly consistent, don't worry about it. One or two extra days off a month will not set you back. In fact it may help you, as many people are in a chronic state of overtraining. You'll find that after an extra day off your energy and strength levels are often much higher.
