HOW DO YOU FEEL

125- HOW DO YOU FEEL? Even though it's very subjective, don't be afraid to jot down how you feel each day. Are you in a positive or negative mood? Do you have enough energy for all your daily activities and your workout? Are you still motivated to hit the gym, or would you just as soon do something else? The answers to these questions are often a good way to determine if there is a problem with your training or eating.
