124- CARDIO TYPE AND DURATION You may be a bodybuilder at heart but you still need to do cardio. This is especially true during the precontest season. Write down the type of cardio you performed (machine or aerobics class), duration, and intensity level. This information will be invaluable the next time you compete or need to get ready for a photo session.
