146- CONSTANT EVALUATION If you are training hard, eating well and getting sufficient rest, yet you are not making gains, then something is amiss. You have to find out where you're going wrong. Don't continue training in the exact same manner hoping the problem may solve itself. You have to sit down and re-evaluate your whole approach. The best way to do this is to refer to your training logs and records.
