BENT OVER BARBELL ROWS

197. BENT-OVER BARBELL ROWS Another basic back exercise, barbel! rows add strength and mass to the central back region. Bend forward and grab a barbell with a slightly wider than shoulder-width grip. The torso should be held at approximately 30 degrees to the floor. Pull the bar toward the lower rib cage. Lower the bar to just short of arm lockout.
