BARBELL SQUATS

174. BARBELL SOUATS Squats are considered the best quad exercise. They'll also stimulate muscle growth over your entire body.
With the barbell resting across the shoulders, slowly squat down until your thighs are at least parallel to the floor. Return to the starting position. Do not bounce at the bottom of the movement. Try to keep the torso perpendicular to the floor. Don't let the body start leaning forward - doing so could lead to a lower back injury.
