33. PERFORM FULL RANGE OF MOTION With the exception of a few advanced training techniques discussed later, perform all your exer- cises through a fuK range of motion. This means fully stretching and contracting the muscle and moving the limb or limbs through their entire possible distance. Half movements will only build strength in the part of the muscle being worked when the movement is taking place.
