36. KEEP IT BIG
During your first few months of training, focus on exercises for the large muscle groups of the body (i.e. quads, hamstrings, calves, chest, back, shoulders, biceps, triceps). Don't worry about the smaller muscles like the serratus, teres, and rhomboids. These muscles will get a good workout just by training the bigger muscles.
