350. STEAMED OR RAW Try to eat your vegetables uncooked when ever possible. Cooking destroys much of the nutritional content. If you must eat your vegetables warm, try steaming rather than boiling. Boiling wilt leach out 50 to 75 percent of the nutritional content. You'll end up pouring the best part of your vegetable meal down the drain!
