342. AND YOUR COOKWARE TOO! You probably wash the pots and pans, but how about the cutting board? Likewise, the knives and forks you use to eat with will be placed in the dishwasher but how about the large knife you used to slice the tomatoes? Any cooking utensil, no matter how large or small, needs to be thoroughly washed - and not just wiped ~ when you are finished with it.
