121-WHAT YOU ATE Keep a detailed log of everything you eat on a da y basis For example, don't just write down cereal; write the kind of cereal. Also include what you put on it, t.e. milk (and what type), type of sweetener, fruit, etc. Also record when you had your meals. Every couple of weeks, check to see if there is a pattern between meat timing and workout intensity. Record your weight regularly.
