If you decide to train outdoors, always use a good sunblock. Two or three hours training in the sun can play havoc with your skin. Time nasses very quickly while you're training and befor you know it you have second- or third-degree bums. You may also want to avoid training outside in the 11 am to 3 pm time slot, as this is when the sun is most dangerous.
