LEAVE THEM TILL LAST As the abdominals and lower back muscles are used for stabilizing on most of the exercises for the legs and torso muscles, you should train them after these larger muscle groups. Fatiguing them early will interfere with the execution of these exercises and could lead to an injury of the lower back.
